We are looking for candidates to join our analytical team.

If you are an independent and creative individual who wants to support the energy transition, contribute to energy cooperation with Ukraine, and work toward Ukraine’s integration with the EU - and additionally:

  • You hold a degree in economics, engineering, environmental studies, or political science,

  • You have at least 3 years of professional experience,

  • You have solid knowledge of the Ukrainian energy sector, including its regulatory framework, and understand the challenges related to Ukraine’s energy transition and reconstruction,

  • You have experience analyzing energy and climate policies, energy markets, and technologies supporting the transition,

  • You are able to work with data and translate it into accessible insights for both expert and non-expert audiences - highlighting goals, challenges, and benefits,

  • You have experience preparing reports, policy papers, and expert analyses,

  • You enjoy working in international teams and a dynamic think-tank environment,

  • You are fluent in English and Ukrainian (Polish is an asset but not required),

In this role, you will be part of the Polish-German-Ukrainian Green Deal Ukraine project, aimed at supporting reform in Ukraine’s energy sector and facilitating the country’s integration with the EU in the field of energy and climate policy.

 

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Cooperation with Forum Energii’s partners within the Green Deal Ukraine project,

  • Analyzing data and tracking political, economic, and technological trends in the energy sector,

  • Preparing reports, analyses, and policy recommendations,

  • Proposing concrete solutions for the modernization of Ukraine’s energy sector in line with EU energy policy goals and creating recommendations to support Ukraine’s integration into the EU energy market,

  • Building and maintaining relationships with think tanks, experts, and industry partners in Ukraine and the EU,

  • Presenting analysis results at conferences, debates, and expert meetings.

What we offer:

  • Salary: 10,000–15,000 PLN gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications,
