A manager and expert in the energy sector with over 10 years of experience in Poland and the Central and Eastern European region. She specializes in the energy transition, climate policies, and energy market analysis. Prior to joining Forum Energii, she served as President of the ORLEN Foundation, where she was responsible for strategy and the implementation of social and development programs.
Previously, she was affiliated with the European Climate Foundation, where she managed programs supporting the decarbonization of the energy system and industry, as well as the development of renewable energy sources. She is the author of strategic analyses and publications on shaping energy policies at both national and European levels. She was also a member of the Advisory Board for the EU-LIFE JUSTEM project at the Institute for European Energy and Climate Policy, supporting efforts toward a just transition in mining regions, combating energy poverty, and promoting citizen participation in the transition process.
In 2025, she was recognized in the Forbes Women ranking “25 Women in Energy” for her outstanding contribution to the development of the energy sector in Poland.
She holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Warsaw and also completed a master’s degree in EU Law and Policy at the University of Edinburgh, as well as a bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Politics from London Metropolitan University.
